These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlataEZ platform ("we", "us", or "our"), whether via mobile, desktop, or web applications. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

PlataEZ is a payment facilitation platform. We do not operate the utility services, telecom networks, or examination bodies. Therefore, we are not responsible for any delays, outages, or errors caused by third-party providers.
We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information on our platform is always up-to-date or error-free.
PlataEZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
Your use of our services is at your sole risk. Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

Pricing Policy

All product and service prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may vary based on network provider, product type, or market conditions.
PlataEZ reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Any applicable fees (e.g., service charges or processing fees) will be clearly displayed before payment.

Paying for Your Order

Payments can be made via supported Mobile Money platforms (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), debit/credit cards, or other payment methods available on the platform.
Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed and verified.
Users are responsible for ensuring correct input of payment details and recipient numbers.

Refund Policy


Non-refundable items: Airtime, data bundles, utility bill payments, and result checker vouchers are non-refundable once successfully processed or delivered.
Failed transactions: If a payment is deducted but the service is not delivered due to a platform error, a full refund or credit will be issued after verification.
User errors: PlataEZ is not liable for incorrect transactions caused by user mistakes (e.g., wrong phone number or exam number).
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.

Termination of Use


PlataEZ reserves the right to suspend or permanently disable any user account without notice for:
Violations of these terms
Fraudulent or suspicious activities
Abuse of service or customer support
Chargebacks or payment disputes without valid justification

Upon termination, users lose access to their account and any associated balance or history.

Modifications to Terms


PlataEZ may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law


These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts.
